WEST END TRANSFER STATION
The West End Transfer Station is located just off of US-HWY 41. Take US-41 west towards Ishpeming Township. The Transfer Station is ¾ of a mile past Westwood Drive. You can reach the West End Transfer Station at (906) 486-8191.

Mondays, 8:00AM-4:00PM
Thursdays, 8:00AM-7:00PM
Fridays, 8:00AM-2:00PM

HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE
Marquette County Solid Waste Management Authority collections are held from May through October only. There are no collections during the winter months. All sites are open to any Marquette County resident with only Household Hazardous Waste. The collections are held at the Marquette Rubbish/Compost Site (see website) and the West End Transfer Station.

By appointment, Marquette County Residents may deliver their household hazardous waste to the Marquette County Landfill during regular business hours: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:00PM. In order to provide efficient service, please contact their office at (906) 249-4125 to schedule a delivery. Same day service is available.
