Effective October 5, 2022, the Marquette County Solid Waste Management Authority will again be accepting any refrigerant devices. Refrigerant devices include refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, etc.

Household trash is collected once per week. Trash must be place at the curbside no later than 6:00AM on your specified trash collection day. Each household is limited to 6 (six) bags per week. Trash must be placed in plastic garbage bags and we strongly encourage the use of trash cans. No loose trash will be collected.

WILL BEGIN IN THE CITY.
The City of Ishpeming provides curb-side pickup of your recyclable materials. Simply place your recyclables at the curbside no later than 6:00AM on your specified trash collection day. DO NOT tie recyclable materials with twine and DO NOT put into clear plastic bags.
