Library Board
The Library Board shall elect officers as they may deem necessary and shall make and adopt by-laws, rules and regulations for their own guidance. They shall recommend rules and recommendations for the operation of the Library. The Library Board shall recommend acquisition of books and other Library materials to the City Council. The Library Board is charged with the care, management, and control of the municipal public library within the annual budgetary appropriation adopted by the Council.

Library Board meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. and the public is encouraged to attend.
