Housing Appeals Board
The Housing Appeals Board will hear appeals of a decision of the Code Enforcement Officer relative to the existence of a violation or the time-frame in which to make corrections. If an appeal is filed, the Housing Board of Appeals will convene and hold a public hearing on the appeal within 45 days after the appeal is filed with the City Clerk.
