Last day to register OTHER THAN in person with the local clerk for the November 2nd General Election

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of Ishpeming City who is not already registered; may register to vote at the office of the Ishpeming City Clerk; the office of the County Clerk; a Secretary of State branch office, or other designated state agency.  Registration forms can be obtained at www.mi.gov/vote and mailed to the Ishpeming City Clerk.  Voters who are already registered may update their registration at www.expressSOS.com

THAT LAST DAY TO REGISTER IN ANY MANNER OTHER THAN IN-PERSON WITH THE LOCAL ISHPEMING CITY CLERK IS MONDAY, October 18th.

With the passage of Proposal 18-3, anyone who qualifies as an elector may now register to vote in the final 14 days prior to an election and on Election  Day in person at the Ishpeming City Clerk’s Office with Proof of Identity and and Proof of Residency.

There are special City Clerk office hours at Ishpeming City Hall from 8-4 p.m. on Saturday, October 30th for voter registration and/or applying for an absentee ballot.
