For Strategic Plan Update
The City of Ishpeming Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is seeking proposals from qualified planning, economic development, or consulting firms to update the DDA’s strategic plan. The current Ishpeming DDA Strategic Plan is available for review on the City of Ishpeming website at https://ishpemingcity.org/dda/project-empire-beckettraeder-report/
Interested parties should respond to the requirements outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP). A copy of the RFP may be obtained by contacting Diana Sundberg, DDA Liaison at diana@marquette.org.
Proposals should be submitted to the Ishpeming City Clerk’s Office in a sealed envelope marked “DDA Strategic Plan Update” no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at City Hall, 100 E. Division Street, Ishpeming, MI 49849. Late submission will not be considered. The DDA reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
